New York e Napoli. La pizza “turistica” più buona a New York o a Napoli?

Pasta. Totani e… fettuccine o piccanti con pilaf (pilaf… cosa?!), ma anche spaghetti alla bottarga.

Mandorle, castagne e… Scaloppine al rosmarino, castagne bollite, taralli alle mandorle e semi di anice, pasticcini alle mandorle e tisana ai semi di finocchio.

Plumcake, noci, pomodori e parmigiano. Il plumcake cioccolato e pere, i biscotti salati al roquefort e noci, le zucchine con pomodori ed il Danubio salato con parmigiano.

Prosciutto, burro e panna. Vi piacciono le mousse al prosciutto, il burro e la panna?

Olive e formaggi. Ed il patè d’olive, la robiola e lo stracchino?

Olio, sesamo, salame ed insalata. Alcuni di questi ingredienti sono stati utilizzati per la preparazione di un piatto svedese di cui scrivo sotto insieme all’olio extravergine d’oliva, i semi di sesamo, il salame, le olive e l’insalata.

Pasqua. Qui questo piatto, ma in versione primaverile, la Smörgåstårta pasquale.

La Smörgåstårta svedese. Se vi piace la Svezia, c’è la Smörgåstårta (Sm… che?) e, se amate cucinare leggermente strano, il plum-cake alle noci, pomodori e parmigiano e la mini-terrina di formaggio, basilico e ciliege.

29.12.09 – La terza spiaggia di Agrigento, Cammarata e… Beh, una serata molto musicale stasera. Dai Telaio magnetico empedoclini al Clock Tower di Cianciana – Torre dell’orologio – dopo le dieci, passando agli Es-senza “negramareschi” alla pasticceria Leto di Cammarata alla stessa ora e finendo con i Nobraino di Rimini all’Oceano mare di San Leone, terza spiaggia, dopo le undici.

Come si è letto su un mezzo, gli Es-senza sarebbero Salvo Di Lisi, Teddy Schifano, Giulio Bonanno, Angelo Schittino, Tommaso Mirabbella e Francesco Di Maio, mentre i Telaio magnetico Stefano Smecca, Peppe Ciotta, Alfonso Vitello, Pasquale Lattuca ed Alfonso Amato. Li conoscete?

16.12.09 – Il Marocco allo zafferano. Mediterraneo di Raitre visiterà sabato diciannove dicembre il Marocco dopo l’una e venti. Farà, infatti, vedere – insieme a Rim Mathlouti di France3 – prodotti a base di zafferano. Ed eccovi, dunque, anche un sito sul Marocco, lo zafferano ed il turismo. Fra i luoghi visitati da Mediterraneo anche quelli del formaggio «Brousse du Rove», in Francia, con Isabelle Ros di France 3.

08.10.09 – I totani, la tiella e Nuxis. Sarà che è venerdì, sarà che siamo in autunno, ma le televisioni italiane abbondano di animali il nove ottobre… Dai cosiddetti totani (cosa sono?), le seppie ed i calamari nella mattinata di Raiuno – con la variante del nero di seppia – alle salamandre di Sat2000 alle 12.05.

Ma, per variare un po’, ci sarà anche una città – Nuxis, che dovrebbe essere in Sardegna – indagata dal punto di vista culinario e della gastronomia, sempre nella mattinata di Raiuno. Fra i programmi che mettono l’acquolina in bocca anche Eat Parade di Raidue che si è occupato giorni fa della cosiddetta tiella di Gaeta (come si prepara?). Blu Notte su Raitre (21.10) ed il telefilm Battlestar Galactica su Rai4 (intorno alle 21.45) propongono… Ve lo scrivo dopo…

28.07.09 – Cianciana e… Cosa c’è di nuovo a Cianciana, cittadina in provincia di Agrigento? Secondo un sito – cianciana.info – ci sarà una festa del raccolto con mangiata di ciciri e favi (ceci e fave) venerdì 31 luglio. E c’è anche una foto di tale Casale Bissana (non lo conosco e sembra carino) ed una ricetta particolare, la caponata di carciofi.

… e le pizze. Ma, continuando con la cucina (vedere i dolci ed i secondi, la cuccia ed il doppio cavoletto ed i crauti), vi consiglierei soprattutto una pizza. Ci sono la rustica, ovviamente la margherita, quelle ai broccoletti e genovese alla ricca (in realtà una focaccia), le pizzette con bacon e rosmarino e c’è persino la pizza del camionista…

Le sagre. In questo sito ho, infine, trovato alcune informazioni su sagre ad agosto in Toscana ed in Lombardia, la Veillà in Valle d’Aosta e la Fiera dell’aglio di Voghiera (a quanto pare, in provincia di Ferrara).

Le ricette piacentine e… Forse, inoltre, non sarà il periodo (ma può esserlo se leggerete questo testo prima della festa degli innamorati), comunque ci sarebbe anche il cuor di pizza per San Valentino. Sembra un po’ difficilotto da realizzare… Più particolare sembra, invece, la pizza-focaccia allo zafferano e salsiccia ed il “minuscolo” prevede le pizzettine ai capperi o la versione “marinara” prevede a usa volta la pizza ai frutti di mare.
