Dopo le offerte di lavoro del 14 giugno, 28 aprile, 10 febbraio ed 11 e 22 aprile, ecco le prime richieste di istituzioni europee per questo periodo. La Fra (Agenzia per i diritti fondamentali), ente Ue con sede a Vienna, cerca entro le 13 di giovedì 9 luglio un manager di programma nell’ambito della ricerca sociale (sia il bando che la domandain inglese) e i cosiddetti end, gli esperti nazionali distaccati, in pratica lavoratori della pubblica amministrazione (bando e domanda, come di consueto, in inglese).
Richiesti, anche, dal segretariato generale del Consiglio dell’Ue amministratori di lingua estone per la sede di Bruxelles. Scadenza venerdì 10 luglio.
Sappiate, inoltre, che l’Easa (Agenzia europea per la sicurezza aerea) ha spostato dal 18, 25 o 26 giugno al 10 luglio le date di scadenza per partecipare a varie selezioni. Si tratta delle offerte per «assistente addetto all’elaborazione ed alla correzione di bozze», per «manager di certificazione di progetto per grandi aerei» (ulteriormente rinviata al 17 luglio), per «assistente d’analisi economica» e per «esperto in valutazione di impatto e rischio» (in quest’ultimo caso possono partecipare soltanto lavoratori delle pubbliche amministrazioni e la scadenza è stata spostata al 10 agosto). Eccovi qui il riferimento e dovete soltanto trovare le date di cui vi scrivevo poco fa.

Cinquantacinque i posti e due i progetti su accoglienza, orientamento e accompagnamento dei diversamente abili iscritti agli atenei («Socializziamo la disabilità» e quarantacinque volontari in Abruzzo, Campania, Lombardia, Piemonte, Puglia, Sardegna, Umbria e Veneto) o si occuperanno di passaggio dalla scuola superiore all’università (Fogg o «Progetto sull’orientamento» e dieci in Lazio e Campania).

07.10.09 Che novità ci saranno? In aula l’Europarlamento mercoledì sette ottobre a Bruxelles, in Belgio, ed uno dei temi di discussione è il referendum irlandese sul Trattato di Lisbona. Credo sia più interessante il dibattito sulla possibilità di rimborso per i passeggeri in caso di fallimento di una compagnia aerea, visti i casi verificatisi… Più “noiosa” l’analisi del cosiddetto Statuto della società europea, qualcosa di cui non ero a conoscenza e che avrebbe più o meno a che fare con la giurisprudenza e l’economia. Un altro argomento all’esame degli eurodeputati sono anche i procedimenti penali transfrontalieri, al di là delle frontiere, un tema piuttosto importante su cui si voterà il giorno dopo. Buon lavoro agli europarlamentari.
… e l’otto… Che temi importanti, l’informazione ed i media in Italia o la costituzione di una commissione sulla crisi economica e finanziaria… Speriamo che la discussione abbia qualche utilità ed in quest’ultimo caso ci sarà anche un voto. Sì o no anche per una risoluzione sul vertice del G20 a Pittsburg e su aiuti a Paesi più poveri contro la crisi. Scommettiamo che in Italia (ma anche in Germania) si parlerà della situazione mediatica nel Belpaese?

Other job offers in Europe for you. The EMSA (European Maritime Safety Agency) calls for applications for the recruitment of a Project Officer for Vessel Traffic Monitoring who will work in Lisbon, the capital of Portugal. He or she will have a four-year-course university degree (or a three-year-course university degree with at least three years of appropriate professional experience), knowledge of English, another language of the EU and of the maritime traffic monitoring sector as well as of the EU institutions. A relevant experience of at least three years is also required and here there is the call for applications. Moreover, it is also important that the application form should be sent by registered mail by Friday, May 15.
If your experience concerns economics, mathematics or statistics, then fifteen administrator posts within Eurostat could be an occasion for you to apply. The place of work will be Luxembourg and candidates have to have obtained a four-year course university diploma in the fields above (or a three-year-course university degree with at least one year of appropriate professional experience), good knowledge of English and French and at least nine years’ of work after the award of the university degree and five years of them in the sector or in other fields (national accounts/main aggregates, national accounts methodology, institutional sectors’ accounts or supply, use and input/output tables as well as balance payments, financial accounts and balance sheets).

The candidate should have obtained a three-year university degree in public/general/business administration with a focus on finance and/or accounting or even professional training – with work experience -with a focus on the same sectors. Knowledge of English and of another language, ability to analyse budgetary and/or financial information and familiarity with EU administrative procedures and terminology are also required. Interested to work in the railway field? The ERA (European Railway Agency) invites to apply for a post of Quality Officer in Valenciennes in France. As for work criteria these ones are an experience in the field, risk management key principles and tools and in the implementation of quality management systems such as ISO 9001:2000, TQM and EFQM. Other essential selection criteria are a good knowledge of business planning and reporting principles and tools, computer literacy and familiarity with word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, internet, etcetera.
If you have much more work experience, then another invitation by the ERA could be addressed to you for a post of Head of Sector in the Safety Unit. You have to have at least twelve years of professional experience after the award of a university degree in engineering, science, law or similar, and five of them in positions relevant for the post. You have to have managed teams or projects, have experience in implementation and/or auditing of management systems and in international working groups or projects. A very good knowledge of English, computer literacy and familiarity with word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail and internet are required and the conditions to apply are the same as the previous posts I referred to.
